I ordered from wildearth.com and the product was fine once it got here, but dealing with customer service was more frustrating than it should’ve been.

My dog had been getting a bit chunky, or at least I thought he was, so I decided to try Wild Earth a few months back. I wasn’t totally sure he’d go for it, but weirdly enough, he actually likes it. His weight seems to be coming down slowly, and he’s not acting like he’s starving all day, which was my main worry. Ordering was simple too. I’m happy with it so far, unless I’m just overthinking it.

Maybe it works great for other dogs, but it just wasn’t a good fit for us...

I really like how easy it is to skip or change my deliveries whenever I need to. It takes a lot of the stress out of having a subscription, it makes me feel a lot better about sticking with it

I got charged right away, but I wasn’t really worried about the lack of updates until the package showed up. The box was completely smashed, and the packaging was bad. Definitely could’ve been packed better.

So, I switched my dog to Wild Earth after dealing with months of itchy skin and all the constant paw licking. It did take a few weeks, but he’s doing so much better now. He’s scratching way less, and his coat looks nicer too. I’m just really relieved that something finally worked...

i did end up getting my refund, but it took way longer than it should have. i had to wait around and keep checking, which was frustrating.

The ingredient list looks clean. Simple stuff, nothing weird jumping out at me. And my dog eats it without a fuss, so... that’s a win.

My dog usually takes his time deciding if he likes new food, but with this, he goes for it right away. I’m taking that as a solid approval from him.

the site is easy enough to use. but a few times, the things i wanted were out of stock. it’s great when the items are available, just not something i can always count on.

I tried Wild Earth for my dog hoping it would help give him more consistent energy, but I can’t say I saw much of a difference. Some days he seemed totally fine, other days he was still sluggish, so it kind of felt like it worked when it wanted to. He did eat it without any issues, which was a plus, but for the price I expected to notice more. Probably not something I’d keep buying if his energy stays the same.
